Angela Denise Milum

January 31, 1970– September 4, 2026

Angela Denise Milum’s life began on January 31, 1970, as the beloved daughter of Barbara Milum and Samuel Milum.

From her earliest years, Angela possessed a lively spirit, a loving heart, and a deep devotion to the people she called family.

As a young woman, Angela attended South High School, where her energetic and competitive nature shined through her love

of running track and playing basketball. After graduating, she continued her education at Wichita State University, where

she attended for two years. These experiences became part of the strong, determined woman her loved ones came to know so

well.

Angela was a woman of faith who believed deeply in God. For many years, she attended Madison Avenue Baptist Church,

where her faith was strengthened and nurtured. She carried that faith throughout her life, allowing it to guide her through

both joyful and difficult seasons.

Angela shared her life with her loving partner, Frank English. She was the proud and devoted mother of Demario “Mario”

Milum, Shakorra “Korrie” Bonds, Leroy “L.J.” Moore and Vivian Milum. Being a mother brought Angela great pride, but

becoming a grandmother filled her heart with a special kind of joy.

Her grandchildren Bentley Moore, Amir Tucker, Amari Tucker, Aniya Tucker, Jordan Milum, Mariana Milum, Ace

Tucker, and Aric Tucker were the center of her world. Angela treasured every moment she spent with them. She loved

taking them on new and exciting adventures, creating experiences they would always remember. Whether they were going

somewhere special or simply spending time together at home, she made sure her grandchildren knew how deeply they were

loved.

Family meant everything to Angela. She was blessed to be part of a large family that included her siblings: 

Lawrence “Peanut” Douglas, Alvin “Pete” Broomfield, Sherry “Blue” Douglas, Deborah “Deb” Alberson, David “Dav” Milum,

Rena “Nana” Douglas, Brenda “Brenny” Broomfield, Bryant “Doug” Broomfield, Antonio “Dumpy” Douglas, Chris

Milum, Rodney Milum, Letitia Jones, Lisa Milum, Terry Milum, and Rita Milum. The bonds they shared helped shape

Angela’s life and gave her countless memories filled with love and laughter.

Angela knew how to enjoy the simple pleasures of life. She loved playing bingo, spending time with friends, relaxing at home,

and gathering around the table for a good card game. More than anything, she loved being surrounded by family. Her home

was a place where memories were made, stories were shared, and laughter could always be heard.

Angela’s life was not measured only by the years she lived, but by the love she gave, the joy she shared, and the lives she

touched. She will be remembered as a loving partner, devoted mother, proud grandmother, cherished daughter, beloved sister,

caring aunt, and faithful friend.

Her beautiful story will continue through her husband, children, grandchildren, parents, siblings, and a host of nieces,

nephews, extended family members, and dear friends. Each person carries a special memory of Angela and a piece of the love

she freely gave.

On September 4, 2026, God reached out His hand to Angela and said, “Job well done. Come and rest.” Although her earthly journey has ended,

 the love she planted in the hearts of her family will continue to grow.

Angela, you were deeply loved in life, and you will be forever loved in memory. Your laughter, your strength, and the adventures you

shared will never be forgotten. We all love you. Until we meet again, rest peacefully in God’s loving and embracing arms.
